Do I need to bring my computer to you?

No we will visit your premises. Where possible we will try to fix your computer remotely over the internet. If your computer needs to be taken away to our workshop we will deliver it back to you in person free of charge.

Repairs needed cost more than it's value?

If the value of repairs are such that it is financially unviable, we will inform you prior to any work being carried out. If you wish to buy another computer we can back up all your information from your old computer and transfer it to your new one.
