What payments do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. We only accept cheques from our registered business customers.
How much will it cost?
Our standard call out for the Canberra area is $130 per hour. We also sell 5 and 10 service call out block hours at a reduced price.
Can you come on a weekend?
Yes we can.
Do you offer onsite service and support plans?
Yes we do, call us to discuss.
Do I need to bring my computer to you?
No we will visit your premises. Where possible we will try to fix your computer remotely over the internet. If your computer needs to be taken away to our workshop we will deliver it back to you in person free of charge.
Is there a call out charge?
There is no call out charge, If you live within the Canberra region.
Will I have to pay if you can't fix my computer?
No we operate a no fix no fee policy.
What are your operating hours?
We operate business hours excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Emergency callouts after hours may incur an extra fee.
What happens if my computer costs more to fix than it is worth?
We will inform you before we attempt any repairs if it is financially unviable for you to have it fixed. If you wish to buy another computer we can back up all your information from your old computer and transfer it to your new one.
Do you buy & sell computers?
Yes we do sell new computers and laptops with one year warranty. Extended warranty can be arranged at time of purchase for an additonal fee. We do not buy second hand PC’s and/or laptops.
Do you fix Xbox, PS3 and IPhones?
No not at this stage.
